Ghettodactyl's Collection
I thought I'd show some of my current figure/statue collection, I started collecting anime figures about 6 years ago when I initially moved to Japan. It's been a hobby to go around looking at used stores trying to find deals on things or just finding cool figures that I thought were interesting. I've mostly collected anime figures/statues but I do have some non anime items as well. I have sold some of the figures in the attached pictures since I've been downgrading some of my collection to only pieces I really want to keep. Even so I still have mostly everything in the pics beside other things that aren't shown.
My larger display cabinets are actually cabinets that are made by Kotobukiya, which they use in their store here in Japan. I was luckily able to get them to sell me a few of them since it's a real pain to find large displays in Japan.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Thanks for sharing your collection!
Just a heads up, if you save your pictures in an editor photoshop etc. It will correct the sideways pictures when you post them in here.

Wow, I rarely see anime characters at that scale. Impressive ghettodactyl.

They don’t usually make very many large anime figures since most people in Japan don’t have the space to display large pieces. Here’s a 1/2.5 scale figure I have in another room. You can see the sideshow poison ivy in the background for size reference.
