I have never seen Batman in person but the amount of musculature seems dead on to me. I think Adam West weight varied over the series and movie.
I have never been a fan of Hot Toys. While they do an amazing job at most head sculpts and accessories, their bodies seems very cheap. I have seen people try doing Phicen body upgrades but the heads never seem to fit right.
I would gladly pick up Lee Meriwether or Eartha Kitt Catwoman.

Not unhappy, I would give it 4/5. It´s still the best Adam West representation out there imo.
That being said, the proprtions of DS are pretty dead on.

Yeah, I´m done with Hot Toys, I also think that they often don´t get the skin tone right. Their Burt Ward figure looks like an Indian.
I would love to see a Meriwhether statue, but I think she and Newmar look too similar with their masks on.

Fox holds the licensing rights to anything from the movie (which explains why we haven't really seen any Meriwether-as-Catwoman merchandise).

Hot Toys figures are based on the movie, not sure about sideshow.

I can only find Batman and Robin along with a Joker proto. Was that all they made?
