There is no way it will take 4 weeks to do custom framing. It way longer considering the amount of frames being made. I'm almost incline to say that it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get the custom frame shipped out.

Sorry to hear that you've been having issues getting through. We are incredibly busy this time of year (reps are on the phone the entire time during our business hours and unfortunately there is a chance that people may not get through on just one attempt when it's so busy). People that do leave a message should hear back within 24 to 48 hours after their message is left (during our regular business hours). We do also provide a live chat feature Monday through Friday from 8:30AM - 4:30/5PM as well as customer service support through a Facebook profile as well (Sideshow Customer Service that was recently set up (all questions asked through there are answered during our normal business hours). Again, very sorry to hear that you've had issues but we do provide multiple platforms to reach our Customer Service department. Email is also another way to contact our CS folks as well.

SSC email reply is slower then .......

I would just wait on the phone until a rep answers the phone.

Web chat works for me every time. I've used it too many times to count and always get someone to talk to who answers/resolves anything I contact them about.

I just received the processing info for my framed Poison Ivy print. It's due to arrive in the warehouse in seven days. Shipping to Canada is 40 USD. :-)
