Which just proves my point. It never use to be so hard to reach someone there. I use to call and be able to talk to Jennifer anytime. I don't know if they are just too busy or they don't want to talk with customer anymore.

Sorry to hear that you've been having issues getting through. We are incredibly busy this time of year (reps are on the phone the entire time during our business hours and unfortunately there is a chance that people may not get through on just one attempt when it's so busy). People that do leave a message should hear back within 24 to 48 hours after their message is left (during our regular business hours). We do also provide a live chat feature Monday through Friday from 8:30AM - 4:30/5PM as well as customer service support through a Facebook profile as well (
Sideshow Customer Service that was recently set up (all questions asked through there are answered during our normal business hours). Again, very sorry to hear that you've had issues but we do provide multiple platforms to reach our Customer Service department. Email is also another way to contact our CS folks as well.
