Buyer Beware - Artists who ripped you off

This forum is a great resource for us consumers, and I feel it might be helpful to list artists who have flat-out ripped us off, a quick 'Hall of Shame' list buyers can check out before making a purchase.

The " Artist's Experience & Rating Thread" is a good resource but is extremely long and can include instances of just the art not being good, or other factors that result in a negative rating. I'm talking flat-out never delivered artwork, communication stopped after paying, etc. You never received anything.

I understand experiences with artists can vary from person to person, but given how expensive this hobby is I think 1 bad experience should, if anything, warn other buyers to tread carefully.

Lets protect ourselves.

Okay, suggestions on what to provide?

For instance, what should I provide if the instance in one of the names deleted from my original post is the artist never responded to multiple emails. Screenshots of the emails?
