I think you should contact the seller and ask all sorts of questions, but before you do, I think you should first see if you can contact Eric or his associates on this here forum and ask to see if they can answer that question.

I also checked E-bay and I only see one, and its located in Italy, but the shipping is (MY gosh ) 152.00, yet, there is no indication that is signed by Sosa either. I might have missed it though.
