I told himn he can bring me and my GF out for dinner since it was me who put him in touch with the seller.
Damn, I'm still waiting for my Cave Troll check!

I was talking to Sniper, and it would prolly be better to sell it off as it is rather then have to pay the same amount I did just to repair it. And it's not really that bad considering I've seen worse Phoenix(es?) on ebay before.

You could box it back up and insure it. Then mail it someone you know who could claim it was damaged. It's dishonest of course but since they didn't pay your legit claim I would say it was fair. Just a thought.

who sold this to you ??ebay, son a bid. Looking at the fingers there is no way that was mailed and was damaged along the way. Finger damage like that with the flakes is impossible to break in the box. The arm maybe but those fingers unlikely, I think it was mailed that way.....
Did you get it on son of a bid and if so who sold it to you, I would like to never buy anything from that person if I can help it~

It was from Son of a Bid, and the fingers weren't damaged the first time I received it, then I sent it back, then it was sent back to me insured and the fingers were like that. Either way it was busted before the fingers.

Send me pics, and I'll do it cheap. I love fixing stuff. I did a repair job for Bartman256.
