You mean this guy?

Good ol' Bernie Schwartz... He became really weird in his twilight years - or should that be "eccentric"? - but I sure did enjoy his films. The Defiant Ones is an all-time favorite of mine, and The Great Race, Some Like It Hot, and Sweet Smell of Success (to name just a few) are certified classics. You will be missed, Sir.

TCM will likely have a Tony Curtis marathon within the next few days, so check out some of his films!

Stoney Curtis was the first thing I thought when I read the news. Then I thought about Spartacus, The Defiant Ones, Houdini, Trapeze, and Some Like it Hot. Tony Curtis was definitely one of the greats.

God bless him. Another old star fades from the Hollywood sky. This guy was a class act all the way.
Some Like It Hot, The Vikings, The Great Race, Sparticus...What a wonderful actor. Extremely entertaining. Rest In Peace.

Sorry, nbr3, I posted a new similar thread in the "Movies" section if you want to remove that.

R.I.P. Tony.

I had no idea that he was Jamie Lee Curtis' father.

I enjoyed much of his work.

This was my favorite Tony Curtis movie.

Got to love him and Cary Grant!!

He will be missed but will live forever in the movies.
