Heavy Rain

I just Started playing this last night...pretty Wild game. Really feels like you are playing a movie at times. Anyone else get a chance to pick this up?

I got the demo. I its visually amazing. I don't think i've ever seen such realistic human faces before. But I don't know how long I could play it for. A game full of QTE with minimal human interaction (the impression I got from the demo only - the full game might be completely different) doesn't sound like something I want to spend £40 on.

I'm interested to hear other peoples opinions on it though

I never got a chance to play the Demo so I am not sure how diffrent they are. I will say if it is the same Demo I saw them play on G4 TV (was about 15 minutes of gameplay, where father picks up son from airport and takes him to his apartment) it is Totally Diffrent form the real game...the Game itself starts long before that scene an sets up alot of the story...and the game plays alot faster then they show..at one point I had a 5 minute fight scene..you had to block punches, chairs, ETC...it was pretty cool and unexpected when it happened.
There are times it does seems to drag, because it's trying to get you to feel for the Characters in hopes of making it a better story...and it does do that...I would suggest if you want to try it Rent it..

I plan on getting this, I enjoyed the demo, it felt like something different for a change. Also it one I can play with the mrs as you can both enjoy the story together. Last game I played like that was the old bladerunner point and click game on the pc, really enjoyed solving the puzzles together on that.

Played the demo. It's a lot like their older game, Indigo Prophecy. If any of you guys liked that, I'm sure you'll love this. More like an interactive story than anything else. I might get it down the road.

I just got this in the mail through Gamefly and will start playing it next week. I've been purposely not reading peoples opinions so nothing gets ruined for me.

Between this game and Mass Effect 2, next week is going to have some solid gaming sessions!
