Learned a valuable lesson to not wait for the actually time listed to refresh. Didn't know they would let the PO go live early. I'll have an AP the next time I order.

It never went live before 3pm PST. It's all luck of the draw. I'm very surprise I got P2 since it didn't go up till almost 3:02pm

Sometimes orders do go live before the official time but orders placed before that time dont get ap's - ap"s start at 12:00:00 pst

Did Jerry get back to you guys about the Order Name P2 thing when you ordered Shandaloo P1 torso switch EX?
I still havent heard anything back...

you should have received an email from customer service...and replied to that. They fixed it for me. I would suggest emailing them.
I got a player 2 ap surprisingly.
