Like them both. Thunderbird definitely to finally round out GSX#1. Black Cat, maybe.

Black Cat looks like she's running off that bland base. I still haven't seen a definitive Black Cat statue. A commission here on SF is the best I've seen so far. I wish someone would make that Joe Jusko Black Cat poster from the 80s into a statue.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Yeah it almost looks like she is tripping over whatever she's running over. Still looks good to me though, although I'm a sucker for the Black Cat. Will probably be picking her up.

Probably not, as even the muscle masses of the sculpt are the same as Wolverines, and Im sure Thunderbird would have had a bigger chest mass that Wolverine being a foot taller than him.

Honestly to me the other Bowen Black Cat is the best BC made yet. I really like the PF as well, but the Bowen nailed an awesome and playful pose, where the PF has an uncharacteristically stern look to her.

Thunderbird looks ok. Black Cat however looks short of ridiculous. Seriously what's going on here?

Now that'd be my ideal LSF.
Maybe the pose on this retro Bowen BC could be better (her right foot, mostly, imo), but it's still a really nice statue that I'd buy if I were into this scale. And it actually has a very similar face to Tim Miller's sculpt. I wonder if he made this one, too.
