Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Great work Bob. It's difficult to see in that pic but I'm not sure if you've captured Reeve's distinctive ears in the front view. They look like this: ( )
In other words - they slope back towards his head at the upper and lower part of the ears as they get closest to the head, but the mid point sticks out more. Difficult to explain by typing, but if you look at the many front views on capedwonder website gallery, you'll see what I mean.

Thanks Chris, your opinion, means allot, I do have the ears probably 85% now, but will go into full detail this week.
Very familiar with his ears, this guy is a rubiks cube!!!
his neck I have concerns on but I will get it correct.
almost done with 2 major projects so i can finish him

Looking really good Bobby, I think his neck need to flare out a little more, it looks a little skinny. Its so difficult to catch the small details, if you turn it slightly he could look completely different but at least from that angle his neck seems slightly narrow. One thing that was bothering me that i couldn't figure out is why his face looked so realistic, and i realized the clay is not brown, do you change the color of the clay? It just wasn't looking like a sculpture but in a good way

Hi Bx, yes the neck is still in works, the last thing,
I actaully paint the clay as I work on the pieces, it helps me see the character better.
I feel if it looks good in painted clay then it will rock in silicon.
(just my theory)

Hey Bobby it would be interesting to know on which 1/6th you head proportion is going to be......if you haven't noticed Hot Toys, Sideshow and Medicom are the most popular out there and all of them have different proportions... i think Hot Toys would be the best........(of course if your only making the head)

Here is a pic from the Superman Returns Hot Toys figure:

the head from the bottom of the chin to the top of the hair it measures 4.5cms, hope this helps
