question on Halo 3
I've been playing Halo 3 for quite some time now and there is something I keep forgetting to ask. What determines when your ranking number goes up? I am at 14 right now (pretty much play 4 on 4 online games only) and trying to figure out when it ticks up to 15. Certain number of wins in a row? I have no idea.

It has to do with your wins and your kill to death ratio while playing online. I think the highest I got was low 20's

If you play in the ranked matches, it'll go up a lot faster.

You have to play ranked playlists. Ive gotten up to 38 so far in lone wolves. But I love Team Slayer. So try out team slayer and not social.
