Wonder if they will start listing scale for all upcoming pieces in this line, or they just did the ones that happen to end up actually being 1/6.

You don't have to wonder because the scales are advertised in each month's DC Previews.

My point being, if the piece isn't 1/6, will they list a scale. I have the classic Harley and the Kubert Bats, neither of which are 1/6. I understood the line to be non-scale, at least when it started out.

I urge you to re-measure them. Do not include the base or anything that extends above the head (such as Harley Quinn's cap tassels).

Harley's slouching, but she's about 11-inches tall. That translates to 66 inches, or 5-feet, 6-inches tall. Seems reasonable for her character.

Btw, for reference, the life-size version is 68-inches tall from the base to the top of the higher tassel. If you subtract the "extra" height, the life-size version is 5'6" tall.
