Yeah but that may not be such a bad thing and could take the franchise in a completely different direction? we shal see, i for one am looking forward to it as the cast is so good regardless of age. But im sure it will be a dissapointment like most of these things.... i really hope not however.

2012!? How long does it take to make a movie these days? I guess a year of hype and partying off the advances. A year of actual work. And a year of CGI. And after all of that you end up with a mediocre movie.
Maybe there's releasing in 2012 to try to tie into the end-of-the-world Mayan calendar hype.

It's not like these guys were fighters or anything. So they climb a few less stairs this time around. "Funny" can still be old guys, "action" not so much. Could be great...
