Seriously Bob, you draw a new line in the sand with each new piece! The hair color looks perfect from the pictures (not too cartoony which could be a real pitfall with a character such as this!) and the sculpt looks really amazing as a finished silicone pull! Hat's off to you!

Everything looks perfect but if I was to really nitpick then I would say the hair is a little too green. In the film, it looks to be more brown with green tints.

This is an extremely accurate comment. Ledger was so versatile and used so many different poses and facial expressions that one look may have a huge difference from the next. Also the application and creation of prosthetics may vary from one day to another in filming. Everybodys take on heath will be off slightly for that reason. I personally think the Bob's did an awesome job. Congrats im sure your client will be extremely happy with the work, I know i would.
Over analyzing will only destroy an excellent likeness..
