Jonathan Frid Dies at 87

The actor most famous for playing Barnabas Collins, the vampire on the 1970s show Dark Shadows, passed away on April 13th.

RIP, good sir. Your performances will always be one of my most beloved memories of my early teens.

As Forrest J. Ackerman would say, "Rest in Pieces".

RIP Mr. Frid.

I used to love watching Dark Shadows. Hopefully he avoided seeing the trailer for the new movie before his death.

I read that he actually has a cameo in this new comedic take on Dark Shadows.

He and others from the original show had a cameo, but hopefully he never saw a final cut. I know I will not.
