I've gotta say, I was never overly confident for a Skeletor / Panthor combo.
I'd be interested in a Skeletor mixed media though.
I'm still hoping for a Filmation Battlecat, however that's looking less and less likely.
Also, as a side note, I think the He-Man / Battlecat combo will look fine on their own if it comes to that. The thing is huge.

I really hope they will make this combo set, I bought he-man battle cat thinking they will make his nemesis.
And I am sure that will rock so much !!!!!!!!!!

Not surprise this didn't do well with the higher cost and the ss versions coming out the same time as filmation. Then add in the countless companies pushing out so much stuff.

surprise surprise here is more rubbish your posting ... they sold out so that means they did just fine.
Jerry simply explained he has doubts if a skeletor combo would also sell so well given the fact it would have to be more expensive than he-man.
Theres too many people just open their mouths and let their belly's rumble around here!

Wish this was still coming out, I would have been a buyer for sure, even at a higher markup. The two sets would have looked phenomenal together.

The He-Man / BC combo sold out, but sales of the individual pieces didnt do well.
Combine that with factory costs coming in way higher than expected and a lot of other MOTU pieces being released, and I just dont feel confident about Skeletor and Panthor selling at the price they would need to be.

Without panthor then is there still a chance of a mixed media skeletor?

So does this mean you're scrapping it then or what, because from the way this post reads, it sounds like you want to.
