be carefull...it can be a little dust but it s often the paint on the base which come to white...i can happen when you try to clean the base and the black paint become white...

That's the Attakus Exclusive "Dusty Vader" Damn, there's dust all over the base and the statue too! That's not the treatment for a piece like that!
