Good luck getting responses. They are terrible and I have straight up told them this in email replies when they do finally reply. Can take 1, 2 weeks before you hear from them. I placed my Proxima Midnight order on 2/12. They told me 2/17 it would ship in "a couple days". Welp, its 3/8 still no shipping confirmation lol. Finally heard back today from an email 2 weeks ago that they are having issues with customs wanting to inspect every shipping container now instead of just a few, so things are delayed.

Yes I have heard that a lot of cargo is sitting in the Los Angeles bay backed up due to customs. Boats have been waiting in line for weeks to get in and unload.
That being said IS is definitely the worst in the industry for responses or updating customers. Rare they even bother to reply at all and when they do it is usually very vague and just meant to make you go away.

You do realize the date has been changed a few times already? It was supposed to ship in August last year. Last I looked iron studios site still said December of last year.
I hope your optimism is well placed as I would love this to ship.

I would expect it to ship in March. It's usually the month following an in hand video from Asia that pieces end up in the states. Video was in early February so it's very likely these will arrive before April.

Did the LA harbor ever get cleaned up so ships aren’t piled up waiting to offload?

IS update their website yesterday with some new "in stock" pieces and additional shipments it looks like, but still no Sentinel. Looks like they got more X-Men Rogue and Cyclops in stock.
