I feel like this whole thing should be a documentary on Netflix.

No mate, you're reading it wrong. The "Culture Shock Toys v. Gerald Macaluso" is it's own thing. And the "Mark and I" is the start of the next part. It isn't 1 company vs 3 people.

I see. Doh! ..it's been a long day

I entertained the idea that possibly someone was fighting for a refund was taking Culture Shock Toys to court, and Jerry, Mark, Ant were all required to attend as all three were in involved in some way

This thread is an embarrassment. I've ordered from both and personally feel there is a clear cut difference in the way things are handled....

Once a snake, always a snake. Past Jerry business dealings prove it. Not talking about the final product but the person. His business sense has been terrible and there are plenty of disgruntled former customers to prove that as well. If he was hiding company debt from the new owners it wouldn't surprise me in the least. That last part is conjecture so take it for what it is, just an opinion.

I wonder if at the end of the court trial, Jerry will suddenly stand up and shout out "PEACE! Now I'm OUTTASIGHT!" and vanish into the sunset.

Get em Ant! Wish all us customers that got screwed over by this bastard from his previous dealings, could join in on the lawsuit.
