Well, the concerning news is it that either it is still being considered OR it is in 3-d rendering!
If it is cell shaded ala Tats'. vs Cap I am ALL ABOUT IT or as detailed as StreetFighter 4 I am ALL in!

30 characters may be enough if they take out the cheats like Magneto, Cable, Tbone, Bionic Commando and Sentinel. Hopefully they will limit Ryu, Sakura, Ken, Sagat and Akuma to just Ryu ( I doubt it) or maybe just one more of them also Guile or Charlie not both.
Also Marrow, Spiral, Roll, Servebot will all get the boot.
