Indeed. The base, swords, sash, and hair need to be treated w care. They seem pretty fragile.
Trust, part of me was dreading the portrait. I try to get her in a curio and snap some pics over the next few days.

i think the blades on the swords are metal but did not check with a magnet....just felt that way.
yeah the craftsmanship on this statue is very good.

Even with the better lighting the portrait still looks elongated compared to the prototype..
That said it's not as bad as some of the earlier pictures showed but still a pass, for me anyways.

Agreed, looks better than the other pics, but the face still isn't pretty and I've also just realized I think the neck looks too long too. Beyond the portrait, she does look very well painted.

Looking at various pics on Face Book. Has anyone ever noticed that we the people who collect these. That the statues are nicer then the places that the people live in? I know it's not a nice thing to bring up, but that leads me to believe statue collecting is hanging by a thread.
