Could/Has the Hulk ever smashed and broke Cap's shield?

As far as I know, Cap's shield has been damaged in 2 instances:
Thanos & Mistress Death diorama and Iron SpiderMan comiquette.

I know Thanos did break it in the Infinity Gaunlet storyline... but other than that I am at a loss...

If Hulk got angry enough (World Breaker level), there's a pretty good chance that he could dent it or bend it.
During the Avengers: Standoff story line that ran through Thor, Avengers, and Iron Man, Lord Thor crunched up the shield.
Also, the 1st Maestro action figure has a ruined shield accessory.

I agree and also in future imperfect Hulk destroys a machine that can crush Adamantium.
Hulk gets mad the shield gets dent Captain America runs away and says F--- this Sh!t.

angry enough and with some time, I think he could dent the shield and then break it.
