I can't get excited about Magneto. These bull---- makes me annoyed and I wish I hadn't ordered the figure.

Yeah Freezi,

It happened to me during the photos session when I was wiping some particals off Mags head. It just popped off as if was barely attached. The good thing was it came off clean just like yours, and I just used a dab of crazy glue and continued on with the photo session albeit it right before the last Brotherhood group pic when it came off. Decided not to make a claim since it glued seamlessly back in place.

The crack under his bells is the worst part. It ruins the entire value of the figure. I ordered a replacement from Sideshow.

I hate it when there's a crack under my bells Sideshow will take care of ya, just sucks to wait for a clean statue in the meantime

How does that replacement program work for europeans?
Do you have to break the statue like Prime 1, or do you just show the damages and they ship out a new one and return the damaged one?

This one was a bit odd for me. I had a problem and requested a replacement. They asked that I send back the hands and heads only, and a new statue will be shipped to me. So I basically now have a second statue minus hands and heads.

This happened to me with one of their Poison Ivy statues as well.

I'm guessing there weren't problems with the hands and head and they can use them for other collector's replacements. It also doesn't cost a fortune to ship back to SS.

There's no replacement body left.

I can now choose a refund and return the figure, or get a $150 credit. Of course, for the sideshow-store.

Great selection. First option, the figure and 245 € customs duties are gone, second option, I have to spend more money.

What a nonsense. Why not offer a $150 refund?

I'm sure it's a pain and long hassle but are duties not recoverable for returned items?
