I think we all have a different idea of what it means to be back to normal. For me, back to normal would be being able to send my kids to daycare/school and their weekend activities. A vaccine in place would definitely help my family get back to what we would consider as our norm. However, I think I understand what you mean. It is hard at times to see things going back to the way they were.

Sorry to hear that. As a tip make sure you hit up SS chat and request your NRD back. Due to current situation alot of people have been able to request the NRD back and have had no issues. If you explain about the job thing due to covid, they will understand. That extra NRD money can be helpful.
And yes I cancelled a few orders myself via chat about a month ago and got the money back in about 5 days.

Sorry to all of y’all out of a job right now. I know how that is. It’s one reason I decided years ago to put myself in a position where I’d be able to make money with or without someone else’s employment.
Temporary job suggestions until the next full time or desirable job rolls around...driver services (Uber, Lyft), food delivery services (grub hub, Uber eats, door dash), warehouse shipping services (UPS, FedEx, Amazon), etc...none of those are glamorous but it’s some type of income until better happens.
Other than that you’re interests or skills might make money. Photography or video and choosing a niche, computer repair and tech support, house handy work, painting, mechanic, music lessons, any type of private lessons, lawn care, elderly services, escorting (!)...now’s the time to use those skills and make money from them...just ideas, maybe they can help somebody.

Refunds for returns are quick but for NRD or payment plans i think only store credit

NRD are store credit (GC) because it exceeds the CC terms for refunds. If your Flex are recent, they refund you back via CC.
