Jerry confirmed these pics are bootlegs from a factory that first started working on the 1/3 Akuma but then shut down...

Yes, the pictures are of bootlegs Akumas! Jerry's words from FB.
"short story. this factory had financial troubles so we pulled the project from them. they had some pieces stashed away and started bootlegging them. its very very bad quality. Ive seen them. a couple months ago the factory completely shut down so they probably made a few dozen before going under. thats a big part of the reason why Akuma dn Ninja 1:3 are so delayed."

Have they done recent released statues?
I thought the quality has been a bit diffirent lately.

I'm glad these aren't the real statues being shipped out to customers. The ripped sleeves and pant legs look terrible, like someone took a pair of scissors to them! The belt is too short as well.
