Love Laura Donnelly as Elsa Bloodstone. Also loved her in The Nevers, so maybe it's a trend with me. Loved the black and white format to give it that old fashioned horror movie vibe. And then slowly bring color in at the end. Seeing Ted was a "point at the tv" moment for me. Lol. CGI was awesome, too.
Anyhow, the film was kinda short, that's why it losses points here. I thought Marvel could've expanded more on Jack Russell and Ted. Was also wishing to see Ulyssess Bloodstone in his glory days ...even if it was a picture or something.

I agree as long as they don?t Ragnarok it. No more yuk yuk slapstick. I could see them doing that and losing all the appeal this show had.

I really enjoyed Werewolf by Night. And it was great seeing an MCU project that isn’t goofy or lighthearted. And really much of the MCU still isn’t goofy, fam camp or slapstick but the last 3 projects were Ms. Marvel, Thor (which overall I did enjoy) and She-Hulk back to back so it was good to switch it up.

The Northman- 7/10
Some well done action scenes, but at times story is slow. But enjoyable nonetheless.

Haha ...you're right ...now that I think about it. They do have a resemblance.

As a huge Halloween (Michael Myers) fan I watched Halloween Ends and I was upset over it. I'm not even sure what to rate it because there were parts I really liked and there were some I really disliked. Maybe a 6.5/10 just for Michael and Laurie and the kills.

Yellow Brick Road: 5/10
My wife was getting tired of the old Universal monster movies so we settled on this. I was hoping for a cross between The Road and Blair Witch Project. That's what I was told it would be anyway. Had an interesting premise but execution was pretty bad.
