It was one vocal guy, we even hold back a percentage if you cancel your order, but I refunded him in full, it's our fault not his.
We'll gladly refund anyone because I know you'll be back sometime down the road. Who knows, when we have the pieces in he may come back and buy one and I will gladly welcome him to do so.
It just sucks because I don't want to open up pre-orders until we ship our products.
But I'm afraid we'll need to open up pre-orders on the Endoskull and Anubis to meet our current delivery schedule.
Paramount, Sony and MGM are confident we'll deliver, that's something.
Thanks again guys we appreciate your support.

I've had to cancel so many items once I heard/read about the 1/6 Robocop's. Then you come swinging with Terminator and not exactly shooting down the suggestion of other characters like Sarah and/or Kyle down the road. So now I'm torn between 1/6 Robo and 1/4 Terminator. May have to break my rule of collecting different scales. If only you guys could make 1/4 Robo, but with PCS tackling Robo at that scale I doubt it. Now if you make a battle damage Robo at 1/6, 1/4, 1/3 or so then that would instantly go to the top of my wants. I'm afraid of what other licenses you guys got coming up. Already having to be stingy and won't make things easier I'm sure. Still at this point Robo is likely to come out on top.

Cancelation? Refund?
Hell no, this is one heck of a collectible, the paramount of my quest, my holy grail.
It is almost here, I will not drop the ball so close to the goal.
Waiting 25 years make you very patient

Heard that, It's like when Cain had to wait until he got the nuke into his system.
