I honestly don't think that he does. It will essentially be Batman from books 1&2 of the original Dark Knight Returns. Of the three DKrtns series he only wore the blue in those couple issues IIRC.

Strikes Again is a horrible slap in the face to so many of the characters in the DCU. I was quasi offended at how they handled Wonder Woman and Robin myself. It doesn't help that the art is ridiculously poor, and literally looks like a kid drew it.
