I would also like to see an article that says Disney limits the amount of blood and gore on their IP characters. I am looking for a licensed Wolverine that impales Sabertooth (or beheads, whichever the artist prefers). Maybe add some blood on the new Sideshow Punisher? I mean he is most likely cracking skulls with that.

And as icing on the cake the list of approved characters and their release dates from the licensing process.

I think that depends on the degree to "beat up". For another company, Thanos was not allowed to be on a base that showed signs of fallen Avengers (hammer, shield, helmet on the ground). However, characters can have "battle damage". THat means Iron Man's suit can be scuffed, dirty, etc.

But Disney will not allow anything but Ultron or Bots to look like that just got their ass kicked.

And Disney has long had the standard of no guns pointing at objects, no smoking (aka no cigar for Wolverine), and no blood on their clothes. They want it to be family friendly. Hence SS Angela being 3/4 clothed.

I missed it too and I'm none too happy! I'm pretty sure the deluxe didn't have a set ES when listed so I thought I had time!

get on the WL, if you're towards the top of the WL you're very likely to convert when it starts shipping... unless Prime 1 sells the rest of their allocation through their proprietary website which = bigger margins for them
