this isnt regarding SS but about SS distributing Prime 1 products,
Im from India and earlier I couldnt order Prime 1 products directly through SS but on some of the recent Prime 1 product PO pages there isnt the shipping restrictions,
is it limited to licenses and does now SS have rights to ship P! products anywhere, its kinda confusing as transfomers and some dc have the restrictions while Venom and Berserk are not showing any restrictions

Hello Alex,

Ive been seeing so many people coming out with custom, unlicensed statues on facebook. Lots and lots of Magneto's, and popular Marvel and DC characters. My question is, with digital printing being a hot commodity right now, will there be any sort of regulation on unauthorized use of licensed characters by sideshow or by the intellectual property owners?

One can only call into question with this Magneto statue that is in the process of being made by Daniel Bel, and has already sold out. Many people would have loved to purchase this statue, myself included.

Since the artist does not own the character, and was not authorized to create, and distribute it, can sideshow or other authorized companies that are able to use the license, just take the art work and sell it without the permission of the artist, and call it their own?
