Similar to the Batgirl and Harley statues, what other mini sized statue would make a great Designer series addition?

Well, they've already announced two Wonder Womans, so another Harley Quinn won't be far behind.
Updated OP with anticipated shipping dates for WW #2, Superman, and Aquaman/Mera statues.

Would've bought that Superman and Lois statue from Amazon if they charged $200 like everyone else.

I really love the batman, flash, superman and wonder woman. Should I pull the trigger and start this line? I am somehow irrationally hoping that Bowen will come out and announce that they are making DC.

You might as well. As others have noted, this line is prolly the best value amongst statues of any scale. (Bowen will start making statues again eventually, but who knows how long that'll take.)
Here's what they might look like together (I made Flash smaller due to his crouched posture):

I wish they made the bases big enough to fit both feet.

I actually like the single foot off the base look. Something a little unique.

Same, although it's odd how Supes, Bats and WW ended up with the same foot placement despite the wildly varied artist interpretations each design was based on. Like Gothamite mentioned, this will be our second Supes and WW, so the raised leg chorus line won't be anyone's only option for a Trinity display. I rather like how the Lois Lane one turned out.

You know what's funny about your comment?
Technically, Flash has a raised leg, too.
