Customer Service Phone Down due to move

Sorry for the trouble, but our phone is down due to the move. Our new phone and internet was suppose to be connected on 12/15. Needless to say we don't have either. Not happy about it both because of the phone and we need the internet to do business now that Simi studio is closed. The holidays didn't help. Hoping to get everything settled next week.

I was wondering when you will be shipping Darkness out?

I paid in full as well as the the shipping before the 29th.

I hope he will ship soon, I guess when you guys are settled into the new warehouse he will ship. Or is Darkness shipping from the old warehouse?

You guys usually ship to me FedEx and I always call to confirm with your staff so please let me know that you can ship to me with FedEx as usual. Thanks

I have sent PCS CS five emails over the last two weeks requesting status of my refund request, without receiving any acknowledgment or response. Please check your inbox for multiple resent emails from Rokdweller and provide response.

Is there an update on when PCS will be getting either the phone or internet up again?

Is customer support down completely?

As I've been trying to get a cancellation request through for just over two months now and customer service has not reponded to 4 of my emails since their confirmation of processing my request which has not been processed. I've been busy since 11-11-2017...

You have said keep contacting customer service. But if that is impossible that doesn't really help.
