I'm not usually impressed with perez's work at all, but this is a really nice piece, the lighting is very dramatic.

As they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There are even those out there that do not like Jim Lee. I personally think Perez is one of comics greats and with his history he should be commanding best prices. That said there are plenty of other artists wanting much more money than him.

Agreed. Heck, Marc Silvestri charges $2K for a single pencilled character.
