That is odd that the base wasn't signed. I assumed all AP's had the signature

Thanks, and thought so as well. All the AP's I own have signatures, weird to see one without, no biggie though...

So I finally picked up a Robocop reg edition, #155. Much rather it be ex but I had my chances so I will not cry about it. What I got is a 9/10 masterpiece. He's a mexican robo so it loses a point but that's ok. It's not hard to fix. I can say for certain that I now feel it is okay that CC did not do a 1/4. This here more than makes up for that. I can't imagine the paint app having been any better than what I see in front of my eyes. It's very well done. I would have paid more to own it.
I took the one picture. I am happy to report my new samsung gal S8's camera is much better than my older HTC 9:
