In this day and age with the asian companies giving us Perfect potraits , 80% likeness is not good enough. I would have outsourced that bit if the sculptor is not capable.

Rocky 2 can’t just have a variant Robe dude. He had an entirely different set of gear in part Rocky 1. Boots, gloves and trunks.
And his face and hair were different.
