I like the Deluxe version the most, but I think the Sepia variant is a good option because it makes the statue look like an old photograph.
In person, the larger bangs on the Holiday version almost entirely cover her open eye. I think that was an iffy design choice.

I don't like the eyes on that deluxe version. I prefer the Sepia version

Sepia is my favorite and may be the first one I buy depending on the QC of the final production piece.
