Shipping from them certainly leaves much to be desired:
No padding, no air bags, no foam, no peanut. Just a smaller box inside a larger box. DC Designer series Batgirl - her cape seems a bit loose. I guess thats what you get for 50 bucks.

That's a shame, I ship items for my business and I can tell you the air bags or peanuts cost are pennies per package shipped out. We estimated would have to have hundreds of items with no damage being shipped loose before breaking even.

I use bubble wrap or air bags for our shipments as do the job and far less messy. That said, I'd rather have something than a loose item if it is in any way fragile. I've seen how UPS or others handle them and often boxes look really rough by time they get to their destination.

I ordered the Deluxe Harley off of eBay, the shipping box came crushed with one size completely ripped down one side. They did wrap the item box in bubble wrap and it was 100% fine.
There are 7 FRAGILE stickers on the box.

Whose to say the eBay seller didn't use a crummy box to begin with? And the fragile stickers mean nothing if the seller doesn't pay the extra cost for special handling of fragile items (assuming its USPS). Not sure how Fedex or UPS do it

I don't run/own a business, but I always keep the dunnage that was used for the products that I buy. That saves me the bother of buying it when I have to ship something.

Amazon isn't much better. They once sent me a Funko Dorbz in a bubble mailer.
