Since GG can't seem to put out an R2-D2 how would you think this would look with the GG full size C-3PO statue?

I think that one might be too small.
Have you considered this one, the scale is probably better. If I was you and was that desperate for an R2 I'd probably pick this one up and have someone re-paint it.

Don't be confused by the "6 inch" in the title. The Black series figures are 1:12 scale, so R2 would be exactly half the height you need.

Not even close. Black Series R2 is even too small for the 6" scale.
