This is a bit too cartoony-looking for my tastes. I'd much prefer a more realistic depiction (like an Alex Ross cover, for example....see Astro City) when considering lithographs. Thanks for the "point out" though.....

Yes. For my tastes, he never quite got Spidey right....to old school. I like McFarlane's more arachnid style of face. But McFarlane face with Ross' realism...that I could like.

agreed, Ross's Spider-man definitely misses the mark. I love a lot of his stuff, but a few of his depictions of these characters I really just do not like. Ross's Human Torch comes to mind as another example for me... he's just too old school for my tastes, as Confessor mentioned before.

CK, I love the "Tango with Evil," even though I hate everything DC (except for Batman & Co).
