World's Biggest Burger

A sydney cafe has broken the world record for the biggest burger:

This beast required 81 kilos of mince meat, 120 eggs, 16 tomatoes, 2 kilos of lettuce, 120 cheese slices, 21 kilos of bread and 1/2 kilo of BBQ sauce.

Made by a Sydney cafe, it took 12 hours to cook, and the cook said 'flipping it was the trickiest part'

Who is up for a heart attack !!!!

My neighbor and I are going to attempt a gi-burger on the grill within the next couple of weeks. Granted, it won't be this big (I'm thinking 5-7 pounds), we're gonna cut it up like a pizza and let our families go to town. I wanna do the whole thing on the webber grill and am still trying to figure out the flip. I'm thinking direct coal heat for 5-10 minutes a side to get a good crust, then, indirect heat for a while 'til the burger cooks through.
