Sideshow still could've done a better job in communicating what they were going to do with Ivy.
If we all knew it was going to be a 3 week window for POs, more of us would've ordered her....

Penguin is not something I would rally for, but I support Sideshow making new DC characters and want many more in the future.

Why did they have to make Ivy an exclusive when this is not? Would have preferred it to be the other way around since I don?t care for Penguin. I guess P1 will get my money then for Ivy on throne. Speaking of P1, I think their Penguin looks much better, especially with all those different head sculpts; it?s 1/3 compared to 1/4 but still.

True, but bigger and more expensive does not always mean better. I know they are figures but some Hot Toys (and InArt sculpts from what they have teased) look much better than their 1/4 or even 1/3 statue counterparts just regarding the portaits, at least in my opinion.

In other news, a year from now we’ll be at $800 PFs as standard price, or close to it. This is definitely another price jump. The costs alone mean less people ordering. People are steadily being priced out. Realistically as much as we all like new characters (and I STILL want my Nightwing and Two-Face PFs!), how man people can actually afford more than 3 or 4 statues at $700 plus tax per year?

i dont think this will be another ivy situation but i really want to support them making new batman rogues, so day one order i suppose. hopefully theres interest and they decide to move away from the usual suspects for a while
aside from two face i was holding one more spot for P1 phantasm but who knows when / if that will be released and how much it will cost. plus seeing what theyre having to do to move the zero year batman theres a strong chance at a substantial discount (again assuming its released after a 2+ year production wait)
