That's not how this line started tho. This line started with Sideshow collaborating with Chris Sanders to get his artwork made into a statue line.
Out of that collaboration, Pumpkin Witch and Island Girl were released.
When did the line transfer to TweeterHead?

There were two color options for the first statue: blonde with fair skin & blue scales, and green hair with tan skin & green scales. There was a 'topless' variant (minus the seashells) for each.
A 'bronze' version was also made .. in super-limited quantity, iirc.
