How much is the retail price for Shin Akuma? I paid $950 in after market and paid $38 shipping cost, so if I want to return it because of paint cracking, how much refund will I get? Will I get my shipping cost back? And will they provide a return label?

That all depends on where you go it in the aftermarket. PCS will do nothing (and does not have to) if you did not purchase from them.

I think he means it was an order transfer direct from PCS but he paid a premium above retail for it.
Would still depend on how the original purchaser paid.

The original purchaser paid deposit only, that means he paid full price of $850.
So if I ask for a refund will I get $850 plus $38 shipping cost and a return label? That means I will only lost $100?

That's one running assumption. Still haven't heard of anyone successfully returning this beast after delivery.
