We know who's coming next season. That episode was insane. They really did it.

I think X-Men 97 may very well be the best adaptation Marvel has ever done. This season has been packed with crazy moments and we get multiple major story events.

I really hope the MCU live action X-Men take copious notes from the animated series.

So much to unpack. So much goodness. So much angst. So many Easter eggs.

I can’t wait for next week to drop. I’m so excited to watch this entire season again without breaks.

Magneto has had the best monologues - and he was right. Always has been. Give humans a chance and they always muck it up.

Do we think given next season that all of the Marvel world is fair game for use? Onslaught wasn’t just an XMen thing.

100%

Next to Colossus, Magneto is my favorite character, and I think they've done an awesome job with him thus far.

One of the tragic lines, to me, in this story is how all the X-Men couldn't get over their previous opinions of Magneto - understandable given their history - and give him a shot at being better.
I know it has to be written this way, but it was a shame to see them not understand why Mags is pissed at the end.
  • Good Friend gets killed - Agrees to take over his school and try it his way
  • Goes to U.N. - almost gets assassinated
  • Goes to Genosha - Entire island gets obliterated. Watches child mutant die in front of him
  • Survives only to be captured and tortured
  • Escapes. Sees organic sentinals killing more mutants - Takes them all out. Entire world upset.
Granted, that last one was a bit heavy handed . . .

Anyway, absolutely loving this show.
The OG costumes and that specific reference to the first X-Men movie was great.

Looking forward to next week!

Magneto was done justice in the Hickman and Ewing XMen Red runs.

Wolverine apparently isn't the best at what he does. As MCU Grimace said, should have gone for the head.
