My P1 came in and
Came flawless and besides some gripes about the Helmet being tad too big and the leg Armor not in right place.Yes, a little over price but with points brings it to the must have if you love the movie. How can Sideshow get this right about the Good QC and not on Thanos? The Ex is must on this and not sold out? Love it...

This really does seem to photograph from below much better. Also noticed today that the low stock for the ex is up on the ss website for anyone who is still thinking about this guy

LOW STOCK!
OOPS! We found a few hundred more in our warehouse. We received them 2 weeks ago, so it's totally reasonable that we lost track of them. Our Art Director is also our Inventory Specialist, so you understand.

I was surprised how heavy it was most stuff I've had from sideshow is light, a bit cheesed about the mask especially the front part that covers the mandibles the edges are too sharp in the movie the mask edges are smooth and rounded

Wouldn't be surprised if this actually was low stock. While it isn t as good as people are making it out to be, it's still a decent piece, and I'm sure people are going to want to jump in that elitist bubble eventually. It's just not as fast as it used to be.

Everything sells eventually. I'm sure the low stock alert is genuine. The P2 maquette sold out very quickly after going low stock, although it did of course have that 20% pop up code towards the end.
Like the P2, there is a good statue in here, it's just lacking that final refinement and attention to detail in parts sadly. Add that finishing touch and these newer maquettes would be really cool. I still like aspects of this but not enough to pay so much money for it. It's all going in the pot awaiting future releases. Maybe I'd be more tempted if I didn't already have an 1/4 Sideshow/SWS Predator. I would have loved to have seen this one better that decade old version of course...

This is my first 1/4 scale predator statue and from videos and people who own the P2 predator its a lot better then that one. Now does it have some issues? Yea but minor in my opinion and the good outweigh the bad.I have Zero QC problems too, can't say that with Thanos can you? Which i also own..Unless you have this in person you will truly never know how good this really is.This predator will probably go up in price as the Ex is only 600 which is a must have in my opinion. The only other predators i would really want go for $4,000 to 5,000 and up..ah the price is good for me.

Like Python said, its not a bad piece, but falling so short from the the maquette or even the Neca 1/4 in some respects is just not acceptible to me. Don't need it in my face to see where Sideshow got lazy. It needs to be XM or Prime 1 perfect for me to bite and no less.
