I know exactly what you mean, as I just bought both a Sonic the Hedgehog statue (resin) and Super Mario statue (pvc) and the solidity of Sonic is so much better than Mario. However, with the right lighting and display, I really think it makes no difference once they are displayed.

probably so, but I just can't seem to click the bid button on a PVC statue yet.

No harm in that, If you believe resin to be more worth your money, I respect that. Im however, open to anything, as long as it doesn't look like something plastic from Argos/Walmart
