I think that Spider-Man is worthy however he would not think that he is worthy.

Other than Thor, Jane Foster and Cap, one of the few Marvel heroes that would be worthy of lifting Thor's hammer would be the Invisible Woman.

I think having lust in her heart for a man other than her husband would automatically disqualify her.

The point of the hammers enchantment is that one must be fearless, noble of heart, know humility, be loyal to their friends and allies and incapable of an evil deed.
Finally, they must pass the ultimate test... which is Odin deciding whether you can.
Those people are...
Odin.
Thor (Dr. Donald Blake)
Steve Rogers (Captain America/The Captain)
Beta Ray Bill (Beta Ray Thor)
Eric Masterson (Thunderstrike)
Jane Foster (Thorgirl)
Bor (Thors Grandfather)
Buri (Thors great Grandfather)
Superman.
The first Black Panther (allegedly)
Squirrel Girl (she can obviously do anything)

Others have wielded the hammer through surreptitious means such as Loki using magic to alter or bypass the Odin force and place the hands in a malignant being. This is NOT wielding the hammer.
Odin has also allowed others to wield the hammer (but not it's full power) to test Thor.

Worthiness can change with time and it's always a journey not a destination.

Sue is definitely not worthy. Her immorality automatically disqualifies her. Basically she's a cheating, lying attention w#ore

Now did Thor not still have feelings for Jane Foster while he was with Sif?

Ummmm, this was a subtle way of saying she was cheating on Reed. Which she did.
The fact that she is a mortal woman unworthy of Norse blood is different than being the son of Odin who is being taught humility. Thor didn't betray Sif, his feelings developed because he was magically transformed into a mortal man in the guise of Donald Blake. How is it Thors fault if as a man, he developed feelings for a woman without knowing he was a God who had a relationship with Sif?
