Apparently all Scott does in battle is look up at the sky and yell:
"NOOOOOOOOOO JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAN"

How are these swap outs working? I don't see the seams.

I've been wondering the same. I think the left arm can connect under the shoulder, that could be a place the seam is hidden, but the right side? If there's a seam, it's flawless. With the different arm angle, I can't see any way it can be under the shoulder.
Maybe they reuse the left arm and similar to the XM 1/4 cyke , have a full bust that's a swapout? That'd be pretty awesome, assuming the price isn't adjusted accordingly of course.

That's what they did for Captain America. Two whole separate torsos with two distinct head sculpts you could switch out- though the angle of one was less compatible to one of the torsos than the other, which worked more seamlessly on both orientations.
Cyclops looks to be more like Cap than either Thor or Magneto in that they are offering ways to substantially change up the figures basic posing, rather than just swapping out a static hand or portrait.

Ah that's interesting, I didn't realize that cap was like that.
Very cool, I guess that's one way to hide seam lines both that Cap and Thor are amazing, I'm sure the other products (magneto and this) will be too.

This has to be 2 different torsos. Anatomy. It’s not the arms, when your shoulder is in a totally different position your chest stretches differently. Look at Cyclops’ chest. It’s different on each torso to match the position of the deltoids.
Brood base is unique. I don’t think that’s been done before on a licensed piece. For X-Men it’s either standing on Sentinel chunks, ruining Xavier’s mansion or the newest popular option, a random trap in the Danger Room.

And also, yeah seeing this before a classic Iron Man to go with Cap and Thor is interesting.
And even this before other obvious characters like Hulk, Venom, Deadpool, Wolverine and Spider-Man. I know PCS has versions of some of them but XM is going to XM.
Either way it’s awesome that Cyclops is getting the attention. If this can be done for Cyclops I don’t see why not for Gambit.

Looks like there will be
• two portraits
• a left arm making a fist
• two torsos w/ right arms attached, and a key-in for the left arm

This makes sense.
Who’s getting both?
Mirror poses and pretty much opposites on their blue and yellow parts.
