The body detached from the neck and head.
I superglued it back in place just so it would stay together when I put it back in the foam, but I'm going to need to break it off again, insert a pin and use some really strong epoxy. the superglue seems to be holding it, but since the body is hovering in mid-air, I don't trust the bond will ever be strong enough over time to perpetually defy gravity.
Looking at the neck now, there's a whole lot of ugly gunk around the seam. If/when I break it off again I'll sand it down- but color matching that alien skin shade is going to be supremely tricky.
